Hmm too much guess work for me!, it doesnt look a good start from first impressions For me, Id be quoting for a full EICR to begin with and then at least you will have a remedial list to price from and shouldnt get any major surprises later down the road Then if you dont fancy it after that...- Welchyboy1

comply to Regs to install a MCB for the Sub Main to the 1st Floor DB
When I had this issue i used an upfront a 100mA TD RCD and dp RCBOs on final circuits I know its not considered additional protection but its the best i could come up with at the time- Welchyboy1
