Trying out a new scaffolder but I'm unsure of the construction, what do you think?

Initial concerns:
Section of board missing (building side)
No effective kicker board (building side)
Boards overlapping lengthways in middle - not flat
Constructed onto flat roof of unknown integrity and no backup or additional bracing
Structure feet on non-level and insecure ground
Ladder only secured in 1 place
Ladder feet non-level and insecure ground
Gin wheel doesn't enable easy panel loading
Gate fixed to floating frame

Sounds like you have already, made your mind up.

Bottom line is, if you are working off it then you should determine whether or not you feel it is safe to use. Scaffolders like all trades people have a general standard that is expected to be met, but often you find some don't.

Trying out a new scaffolder but I'm unsure of the construction, what do you think?

Initial concerns:
Section of board missing (building side)
No effective kicker board (building side)
Boards overlapping lengthways in middle - not flat
Constructed onto flat roof of unknown integrity and no backup or additional bracinghave aint very safe
Structure feet on non-level and insecure ground
Ladder only secured in 1 place
Ladder feet non-level and insecure groundhave aint up to standard
Gin wheel doesn't enable easy panel loading
Gate fixed to floating frame
Get a new scafolder the one you have don't cut the mustard

Is there a Scafftag that says it is safe to climb if not don't
Although I doubt anyone would declare that collection of tubes safe to climb the way they are built, the boards supporting the tubes on the flat roof are certainly not spreading the load across the roof and are likely to leave the home owner with a leaking roof
I would be asking for an explantion as to why they have erected that way and would certainly not be paying their bill

Totaly agree with all of the above! That is not fit for function. It looks like it's been made of what was left on the wagon. If you were to use it and the flat roof leaked afterwards then I can see a claim, they should have overshot the flat roof with tubes and support on the left hand side floor thus removing any need for anything to be touching the felt!
Those ladders are way too steep as well!
New Scaffolding contractor definitely needed!

I've been doing some work for a guy who owns a scaffolding business and I showed him the pictures today
His response "Oh my god I wouldn't let anyone climb on that scaffold as it is wrong in so so many ways and anyone who did climb on it or try to use it is an idiot" he did go on to point out alot of the points that it would fail on and how some of the problems could be fixed although he did say it would be easier and probably quicker to take it down and start again
