So far I've had two electricians tell me the electrics in our house are the worst they've ever seen. The funny thing is, there is a BS5499-1:2002 consumer unit installed.

I am lighting up a bathroom, for most it I am using some nice IP rated scolmore warm-white led downlights.
I have an additional need for a surface mount light where there is not a ceiling void, I was thinking of a low-profile LED light but am find it hard to find a nice mid-range device...

i work in an old hotel with crabtree c50 breakers which we cant get any more and were having a new combi over fitted which requires 63 amp rcd to protect it which is 3 phase what size breaker would you recommend to put before the rcd as we only have a 60 amp also we have a deadman switch...

ALDI are currently selling a set of three 1m SDS drill bits, 12mm 16mm and 24mm for £10. Not something I would expect to use much and not something I would expect to be great quality, but for that price I think worth having in stock.

Is the customer desire for Mono Panels.......driven by salesmen or actual fact......
If mono are better why is it that on every single Photon Yield Testing Report I have seen at least 15 of the top yielding panels are polys...

Can anyone recommend anywhere to pick up up LED gu10's, i know where to get the cheap rubbish ones.
I mean something middle of the road that is half decent with no comebacks ie breaking after a week.
Sort of new to buying LED lamps as most customers are not happy to pay the prices for this...
