Please be gentle, never happened on this before and can't seem to find the right products online or with the suppliers.

The item in question is being built for event purposes so will be on the road most of the time. What they are wanting is a 125a 3ph trailing plug fed into a metal enclosure (4 Rack Units in height), which will then be fed through a 125a 3ph 4pole RCD, from here it will then need to be split to 2x 63a panel mount sockets on the rear of the enclosure.

The 63a panel mount sockets are protected further down the line on digital distro's, which are covered by 30mA RCD's, then further split down to 4x 32a 3ph panel mount sockets, each covered by a 32a 3ph MCB.

Question stands at the moment, with the 35mm2 incomer, how can this be safely split to the 2x 63a sockets? Henley block is available to 100a, which is obviously not going to be enough.

Is protection also required on the 2x 63a sockets within this enclosure, or will the down stream protection be adequate?

Thanks in advance,
Steve
