Hello, I'm thinking of getting the 17th edition certificate (2382-12). I have found a webpage where the exam costs 179 pounds (without classes) in Hanwell (London). Can anyone know any cheaper place in London area?

Cheers.

You could try Havering college in Romford.
The exam on it's own should only be about £30.

Hi Spinlondon, I have just called them and they told me it isn't possible to do the exam without doing the course.
Any other idea?
Cheers.

No not really, I didn't have any trouble doing just the exam with them last year.
Perhaps they've changed their policy?

just ring up a college book the exam should cost about 45 pound

just tag your reg book up
It costs us £35 to City and Guilds for an un-registered learner, and £15 if you have a valid enrolment number and are just resitting.

How about you let us professionals who have to arrange invidulation, facilities and the technology to provide the exam have a go at saying how much it should cost?

Tut tut

Sorry widdler, just quoting what it cost me, which wasn't actually last year, but November 2010.
