Car radiator fan? I doubt it very much! Do you have a multimeter or ammeter?

Depending on engine size and fan requirement - in the region of 10 to 30 amps. Maybe more.

Thinking about it, most multimeters don't measure above 10A, so the OP would need to make sure his meter is up to the job.
