Hi there, the heating system I am working on has 6 zones and valves for each zone which was working fine with one boiler and one pump. some rads weren't getting hot so the plumber has installed 2 x pumps, one for 3 zones and another for 3 zones, the problem is I originally had all the oranges from the valves connected to the switch live to boiler and the pump. obviously now I need to somehow split the oranges to feed the appropriate pumps while keeping the single switch live to the boiler from both. I presume I need a relay for this but I have no experience with relays and am stuck as to how to wire them. I have an imo RL01C 8 pin 2 c/o relay but don't know how to wire it.
any help greatly appreciated

You will need 2x 8 pin relays, one for each pump.

For each set of 3 valves:
Connect the coil to the orange of the relevant valves.
Connect a permanent live to both commons.
Connect the pump to one of the N/O contacts.
The other N/O contact will be your switched live to the boiler.
