Hi,
I’m a little confused, I’ve just swapped a 2 g 2 way switch in the hall which controls the hall and landing lights. I thought I’d rewired it exactly the same way but clearly not. The switch works correctly controlling the the hall and landing lights, however the upstairs switch which has not been touched now does not work?

You haven't crossed the cables over the switches have you. The red, yellow and blue of one cable goes to one of the switches, the new front plate also needs earthing.

Can you post a pic of the back of the upstairs switch?

Could be deceptive but the reds may be the wrong way around.

Please earth the metal switch plate before you next apply power to it. It tells you to in the instructions you threw away.
