What documentation is required after wiring up a single phase installation in a caravan?
All mains testing has been done as if it were a domestic installation and tests out nicely.. I can do a domestic installation cert although the parts specifying the supply I feel are a bit superfluous as it could be from any applicable 230v supply, it's not fixed.
Also the requirements of section 721 have been adhered to.
Is a caravan classed as a Building? Does it need a Building Regs certificate?
I was going to enquire my assessor but judging from some of the comments I see on the forum, thought I'd ask here first..

EIC for provision of a new circuit or MWC for an alteration.

Record test results but state Ze/PFC etc only valid at time of test as caravan connected to temporary supply.

I think a domestic EIC, is for up to 100A supply?
Yes that's right I just checked..
And Murdoch is right too, there's no "official" domestic EIC, I just tend to call them that because that is what mainly I do.
There is similarly a Domestic Condition Report also for up to 100A..
Now we've cleared that up, perhaps we can get back to the questions on the OP? :)

Corrected that for you

If you don't state that, then some numpty could assume the tests results would apply where ever the caravan was plugged in ........ which we all know won't be the case.
