Buy the Brian Scadden book 'Design and verification of electrical installations'.
It tells you all you need to know, has easily read examples, and a number of questions.
Past papers are a waste of time, as they will not give you any clues as to what is in the next exam - they could even mislead you, as you study them too hard, then go into the exam and a number of different scenarios are questioned.
Far better to get an all round knowledge, so you can then be confident of passing when you do it.
