Just a quick question, whats the difference?

Im looking to set up by myself in the near future, also want to sign of my own work soon to, so looking at nic etc. Got my 2330 lvl 3 and 17th, do I need my 2391 to become NIC registered?

Im very slack to look at old topics :D

2391 is a level 3 course and 2392 is a level 2 course.
