I agree C2. If the EFLI is too high then the MCB won't trip within the required time.

Icn is the rated ultimate short-circuit capacity.

Ics is the rated service short-circuit breaking capacity. This is the maximum level of fault current operation after which further service is assumed without loss of performance.
