Correct me if i am wrong but when i went to college i had to test and inspect my own work and was led to belive that it was one of my responsibiltys as a competant person. Love it that the powers that be bend the rules only to fund their very existance. The fact that 2391 exists proves this. Kitchen fitters or general builders who hold part p can still self certify even though they do not hold 2360 pt 1 or 2 let alone 2391 but they are stll on a par with the rest of us...I give up.................
 
I've got a mate who is aplumber and has done a Part P course and now believes he can do any form of electricial work, proof of Part Pworking again....not.
 
I agree, it is a farce. Although from what I've seen, the domestic installers course des cost twice as much as C&G 2391, so there is some justice.
