3, 4, 5 and 6 week wonder (short version) will change to "electrical trainee" from now on automatically.
Let's try and get rid of that terminology.
They're trainees who are trying to get into the industry. End of. They shouldn't be knocked for it. We don't know their circumstances.

Words that circumvent it need reporting to us, and we will add those to the list too.
