i`m trying to add an outlet to an existing dimmer light switch. the switch is wired directly to the light so i only have a 3 wire at the switch box (black, white , ground}. so i guess the power comes down from the box at the light fixture. how can i add an outlet next to the switch?thanks for any help

If the white and black are connected at the switch with no other wires except the ground you have no neutral.
