I'm planning this project for next spring so thought I'd ask for some basic advice well in advance:
I presently have a 1.62kW installation (FIT registered etc,) but I'm looking at putting a separate 2.6kW installation c/w its own inverter on a remote outbuilding. The small consumer unit in the outbuilding would be replaced with a unit providing a dedicated MCB for the new inverter. The outbuilding is presently fed on a seperate 10A MCB from a distribution board in the house.
My question is: can I legitimately do this? I can't see any technical reason for not doing so but I'm assuming at the very least clear labelling and suitable isolation warnings are a 'must'.
Anyone got an opinion/experience of the Centrosolar mono panels? Thanks for any advice you want to contribute.
