Hi guys,
I am not receiving any answers from the manufacturer so I have come here for your expertise. If you could please look at the electrical diagram and help me understand.
there are 5 dry contact switches present. including for Level sensor and Alarm. with the existing configuration my question to you is

1. do you think if there is a possibility to get an alarm signal out from the controller ?

2. The level switch is connected to the controller, is it possible to split that signal and send it to two controller than just a single controller ??

Is that controller a PLC and are the level switches just an input back to the controller or we talking relay logic. I can’t get your attachment to open

Looks like a bit of each Mega, relays and control gear plus a black-box controller, looks like a custom PCB from the manufacturer.
The drawing is horrible, wires don't align between sections I almost went nuts trying to follow it. Looks like the Low Limit pulls in a level ok relay then the High Limit cuts the output from said relay.
I wouldn't touch this machine with a 30' pole, at the very least I'd be insisting on a proper drawing and a direct inspection before advising on any works.
