Those are the first A or B rated lights I have seen under the "new table" of figures. They seem to achieve 53% efficiency for the 2700K warm white lamps (just under 61% for 4000K), based on the theoretical 100% values of 350lm/W given here:
They also give typical LED values of 25-40% efficiency so it looks like those new lamps are a decent improvement, even if not beyond realistic expectations.

Might buy one just to try it, though usually I try to get the '100W' equivalent lamps (1500lm or so) when possible.
