a couple of months ago i fitted this type of expensive alarm and now the customer phoning up that the 3 smokes arnt working.thoughout the system the smokes is the only thing what talk to each other before going to the receiver board.batterys[cells] have been changed but still doing the same.smokes stopped working individually-thought it might of been fire door but this is not the case.i can reprogramme smokes but only last a few days before the fault happens again any advice welcome thanks.

sounds like a faulty pcb, do you have to add a board to the panel for smoke detectors or are they configurable with the standard setup ( i know you need an extra pcb for the home automation add ons )

its configurable with the standard setup.sorry dont know much about alarms so i had to install probably the hardest one to do.[programming that is]it had 33 ways on this system so that each contact pir etc can go on an individual zone.however all zones are used up because customer wanted window contacts on all sashes.
