Hello,

I’m doing a kitchen extension rewrite for a customer and they’ve recently moved in with an existing alarm system in place. They have the setting code but the alarm system is not accepting the code and showing reset required as the kid was removed when they were investigating why it wouldn’t set.

I’ve tried to identify the system manufacturer but there are no serial numbers or manufacturer details anywhere I can see on the panel or the wiring box.

The installers mobile number is scribed the in the control box but is a dead number. I’ve attached a pic of the system and error code and was hoping someone could point me in the right direction to reset it if possible.
