Right, so I'm in the middle of my AM2 and I need to wire FP200 from the DB to a carbon monoxide alarm via multi compartment dado trunking, I've looked in the spec and it doesn't say anything about whether the FP needs to be separated from the T&E powering lights & sockets, can anyone give me an answer as to if I can put the FP in the compartment with the other power cables or does it need a separate compartment? I'd have thought that with FP carrying 230V and being screened then it would be fine but I don't want to fail over something as stupid as that.

Help appreciated.

Run it with your other circuits just use a different compartment for your data cable and don’t forget the separator when passes through the top compartment.

Holes will already be in place for glands etc.

On the AM2 FP is only used to supply a co2 detector to demonstrate termination only.
