Today I rescued another customer from the clutches of an overcharging, smooth talking, pressure sales bunch of *astards...

£13,000 for a 2.3kWp system, took the deposit, didn't provide a SAP calc, no cost benefit analysis, no site survey, no record of the panels or inverter to be used.

Customer received a cold call, salesman visited, closed deal, took cheque, left a hand-completed contract, luckily it did have the required cancellation slip. The customer was wary and had post-dated the cheque suspecting a bad deal.

Customer was a couple 72 and 73 years old.

They are delighted, cancelled the cheque, send off the cancellation slip by email and post and are booked in for a proper site survey next week.

If we were London cabbies, we'd find these *astards and give 'em a punch on the nose!
