for his sake, I hope he was electocuted.
mechanical trauma from a device as powerful as that would be a bad way to go.

Begs the question why LOTO wasn't followed? I hope for his families sake it was either not provisioned for or that the investigation finds the employer failing thier safe system of work responsibilities under HASAWA
