I used it for cycling. Its pretty good as it uses GPS and seems to be accurate with speed too

My brother uses Strava for his cycling logs and seems to get a kick out of setting fastest segment times. He has been using it for a few years now.

If you use it on a mobile phone it does hammer the battery so for a while my brother carried a spare phone battery, he now uses a handlebar mounted GPS that logs his route and can be downloaded at home and then update Strava

Really good becomes addictive as it pushes you to do it for longer and faster. I have lost nearly a stone in weight over last 3 months, a result! Great app.
