Discuss Anyone tried the line connector ??? in the Electrical Tools and Products area at ElectriciansForums.net

excellent bit of kit. better than wago boxes. cables can be secured with ties. only thing with the line boxes, they can't be fixed.

yes you can. i meant there was no provision for screw fixing. they are ideal for downlighters with wagos.

Based on that, I will give them a go. I currently use the lever type wago connectors quite frequently. Never really liked the push type wago for joins, but they make good terminators for obscure jobs.

Thanks for the excellent feedback.

LINE can be surface mounted in two ways:
1) by screwing through the cable tie eyes (see features link on our website). this will provide a rigid fixing allowing no movement.
2) by using a standard cable tie mount the, loop the middle cable tie through the mount and the enclosure will be locked to the surface.

(Telectrix if you pm me your name I will post you a few cable tie mounts. If any of you would like a sample cable mount with your order let me know)

I bought some, cocked my order up originally, found the chap on the phone very helpfull!

Received them quickly and both I and my guys all like them, one said he preffered them to the Ashley MF JBs and we all preffer them to push in Wagos.

Will order more.

Yep, fine no problems. Can't be beaten imo for downlight connections. Tel, I fix to joists through the eye, seems fine to me.
Clildren throw them as hand grenades ... so double up as a distraction too.
