Firstly, punctuation and breaks in paragraphs makes things a lot easier to read.

Second, you mention other apprentices there, does the boss also treat them badly the same as you? Or is this an initiation phase for you to see the metal you're made of? (I had a hard time with ribbing, pranks and a$$ hole boss when i first started, until I proved myself).

Are these other apprentices about to complete their NVQ? Or have they not managed to get enough evidence?

Have you had chance yet to speak to the college linked to your apprenticeship?

Unless things were absolutely dire, I wouldn't leave without having something else to walk into.

If you walk away now, after only 3 weeks, I would imagine your chance of getting another apprenticeship role is nil.

There are people out there who would sell a kidney to be in your position. Dig in, show what your made of, go with the flow and enjoy it. Worry about the nvq when you've secured your qualifications. Good luck.
