Discuss Apprenticeship question in the Electrical Appliances Forum area at ElectriciansForums.net

I've been working for a non union company for about 7 months now and still my boss hasn't signed me on as a apprentice?? Is that normal
Yes that is normal since you are non union your supervisor is the one that can go to bat for you to get a raise. Sounds like you work for a electrical contractor who don’t assign you an apprentice. Make your self an asset and not a liability, even though you have a job don’t mean you quit looking. Good luck
