The Company

A growing training organisation based in Kent are currently expanding their team of electrical instructors
My client can offer excellent training and development opportunities whilst gaining extra qualifications including the V1

The Role

Assessing / tutoring learners for their NVQ qualifications - Electrical Qualifications and ensure the successful outcome for the NVQ in line with contractual requirements and targets
Train, support and help learners with the course
Good administration in maintaining documentation on learners' NVQ records
Creating learner portfolios to agreed target standards and ensure they are submitted on time.
Assisting with development of the course to ensure the course is up to date to ensure that the learners needs are met on the course

Key Experience Required

The D32 or A1 assessor qualification is essential
It is also essential you have excellent instructing, assessing and teaching experience within the industrial, domestic and commercial electrical sectors.
A good team player and a confident individual
The D34 or V1 qualification would be advantageous
