Would appreciate some advice on the following:

The project has over 20 large apartments between lower ground floor & 3rd & there are 2 basement levels.
The client would now like to save space within the apartments & locate a small plant room within the basement garages.

Has anyone encountered this before? If so was there an innovative solution for the electrical supplies. What method of installation would you recommend.

Many Thanks for you help.

Hi.

Twenty large apartments! With a job of this scale and the information you have given, I would think you would need a professional designer for this. It's not one to make up as you go along.

Regards.

Sounds like someone is intending to put far too much reliance on a C&G 2392 (or whatever it is)
Depending on what is being moved to this centrally located plant room, it may be prudent to pass this on to an electrical consultancy company that can qualify their design work, etc!!

LARGE appartments and he still wants to scrimp on space t without the layout, proposed services etc its hard to even give advice on this it not as simple as telling us how many apartments and floors their are. Ill go with the flow here and have a designed layout done if you feel this is out of your comfort zone.

well...for a start:

no info on the existing earthing arrangements & general characteristics of supply

no info on the expected max demand of the plant

what does the O/P mean by `innovative`?
