What's the best way to present a couple of cables coming out of plastered wall to Bathroom cabinet. The cabinet is just supplied with some chocolate block to connect lights & shaver socket.
I'm running cables in plastic trunking but not happy with just having cable sticking out of tiles when finished. Also limited to 155 clearance on cabinet back.

Maybe something like this used to cover holes where coax goes through the wall?

If using this could I use flex instead of twin & earth as I think it would be easier to connect into the cabinet being more flexible. Or would this be considered bad practice.

flex for you final connection is fine as long as the OCPD is rated to protect said flex. also bear in mind that RCD protection is required.

A bit of 1mm flex or twin and earth usually does the trick , you can install a plaster box in the wall behind the mirror which you can then shove the connections in
