Hi all. Firstly sorry if this is posted in the wrong section - I'm new so please be gentle! :)

A few years ago I bought an LED bathroom mirror from the Bay of E and it's been working fine until now. It has two rows of LEDs, a heat pad and motion sensor switch. I've popped the back off and can see the LED driver and sensor switch/transformer combo. Seems quite basic, but I don't know which bit is faulty.

If I kill the power and fire it up again there is a green light present on the sensor switch circuit board. When I wave my hand in front of the sensor, the light extinguishes but nothing else happens. Subsequent waves of hand do nothing. If I kill and re-activate power the same happens.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

The infrared sensor is 240V on these. Ones I have installed have accessible terminals. Check you have 240v across L&N on the supply side of sensor, then on the load side (this will switch on and off when you wave your hand across. Assuming supply is sound upto IR switch, If you have 240V on load side when activated then it would appear you have LED driver failure, if you don't have voltage on load terminals then IR switch has failed.
