Bathroom saver socket = Minor Works Cert or EIC?

Hi guys.

I think I've over thought this but can someone please confirm if a saver socket in a bathroom needs a MEIWC or EIC?

New circuit, then EIC, addition to a exisiting circuit a MEIWC, also Part P notifiable if in England and in a domestic property.

And you will need to tick the box on your schedule of inspections selv for "one item of current carrying equipment" if you do an EIC.
