bathroom type bulb holder

Hi

I am looking to purchase the type of bulb holder that comes with conventional bathroom light fittings that aligns the bulb horizontally with the ceiling rather than vertically as with a pendant fitting.

I need these for use with separately purchased lamp shades that fit close to the ceiling that will not be fitted in a bathroom.

Is what I want available and if so what is it called? Tried everything I can think of in Google searches to no avail.

Are you talking normal lamp bulbs?

I may be wrong but the only examples of what you are describing, which I have seen were integral parts of a light fitting.

Having said that it is just the lamp-holder in a bracket.

You can get loose ceramic bc holders which are normally used in bulkhead light fittings, ask in an electrical wholesalers
