Best place to buy 17th edition red book and guidance note 3

Need to get a copy of the 17th edition wiring regulations and 'Guidance note 3' books. Where is best (cheapest) to get them from? Or does anyone on here have these for sale at a good price

Haven't seen 'em going cheap anywhere I can remember. Amazon not bad - about £80 for the two, with free delivery.
