best place to do my 2365 in or around hertford

hi all

i have been working as an electricians mate for approx 6 months now, i am now able to do rewires, 2nd fixing and fuse boards now. i am looking to further my self by getting the level 2 and 3 2365 qualifications. ideally id like to do weekend course but will consider nights if it becomes the best option.
i have looked into doing my level 2 at able skills and will cost £3000 which is quite a bit and is based in kent so quite far.
is there any other places which are either cheaper or closer?

A local college, evening courses available and depending on your age 24+ your looking at about £2000 for level 2 and £3500 for level 3 well that's what my college was doing.
