Just wondering what's the best way to go about it? Do you try and gain extra length from the attic, ferrul the cables or terminate into a junction box and lengthen from there?
 
been a few threads on this. nickblake posted a photo of a multi circuit job he had done.

adaptable box with din rail terminal blocks, or for a cheaper solution, box with in line crimps inside.
 
thought he wanted to lengthen them, not just stretch them a bit. LOL. if the cables reach inside the DB, then agreed.
 
acceptable, but not as neat as through crimps ( and costlier )
 
yes, quicker, but looks pants as you have both ends coming out of the same side of the wago so the extension bit you fit has to double over, unless you can joint then behind the MCBs.
