DO The PIR then assess the condition of installation as you should be competant to do bear in mind the age of property and regs in force at that time OR are you of the "5 week everything was wired last week and requires an RCD" brigade?

Do the EICR list the defects if any agree a cost to fix them then sign off the EICR as satisfactory that what I do but if I get no thanks it an unsatisfactory and a invoice for the EICR
