Two electricians looked at the breaker box in an older mobile home in the US. They said things are fine and the electric company just wants money. The electric company says in order for them to turn on power for the mobile, the breaker box has to be moved. They cut the lines at the top of the pole. Who is right in this situation, and if the electric company is wrong, what course of action does a person have?

The power company has changed and when it comes to Mobil homes and it is a single wide mobile home, you are not allowed to attach the panel and meter on the mobile home. You have to build a stand of some sort out of unistrut or wood and install your electrical panel and meter on it.
