Usually >3 2 1 ignition :). Seriously, we need a bit more info than that . If it is not in the book we will not know either.
 
Not ignition. It's usually energised at the position before run, for non-essentials that can be used with the key in but engine off. They are often switched off during starting to save load.

So does my Citreon not provide an ignition or something? At the barebones what connections need to be made? Cheers
 
Those look like the connections provided for aftermarket entertainment equipment: Permanent supply for the memory & clock, accessory feed for the receiver & amp, and sidelight circuit for the fascia illumination / dimming. The ignition switch / general power control module will have other outputs, for engine supplies, starter etc. either on itself or remotely via the bus.
 
Yes, what problem are you having? Is the starter failing to turn the engine at position 3 of the ignition switch?
