hi welcome martin
market size is quite small i would say ,most sparks i know use a stanly knife, but you never know ,i wouldnt invest to much into it though,:)

there is a tool on the market for ringing swa currently ,however for stripping the inner core ,there are that many different sizes and qualities you end up using the knife anyway
if you want to invent tools im looking for a twin and earth stripper,
basic requirements would be to be able to strip a metre length without stressing the cpc

Hi, Kew technik market a cutter called the 'Blade Runner' for SWA. Ok for the outr but the knife is usually the option for the inner.

thanks guys, already 2 years spent on it. makes bladerunner look like a spud peeler!
will cut steel strands and insulation simultaneously and do axial cut of both layers of insulation. not a stanley in view, too bloody dangerous! accurate ,quick and easy .
would like to find out if there is a market abroad. info so far suggests not only use s w a in the uk .any one know otherwise?
appreciate any input
