Can anyone help me on this, I have seen a few posts about it. I enroled with Trade Qualified about 3 years ago to do a electricians course and they used ATL in Southampton to provide the training. I completed the course doing my 2391 written exam and practical in the summer and was told that it would take about 12 weeks for the certificate to come through but after waiting and waiting with no sign of a cert I rang them to get no answer. After trying serveral times I rang Trade Qualified (the company I paid my hard earned cash too) to be told that ATL had gone bust, but had reopened as ERR and was being run by some of the old ATL directors, they said they had a contact who was helping them sort out these issues. Since then after several phone calls to Trade Qualified, they have told me that things have broken down between the two companies and they no longer work together which I feel has left me high and dry so to speak! I managed to get a phone number for ERR and when I rang them the lady told me she had been instructed to pass on Trade Qualified's number and that she couldn't help.

From what I can gather I'm not the only one in this situation, I was just wondering if there was anyone else out there who may have some contact details of someone who could help, or may have been through this and got a result. Trade Qualified are still trying to sort things and I'm not going to stop until I get a result.

The most frustrating thing is the amount of time and effort I put into revising for the 2391 to be told I passed and then not getting the certificate at the end.

Any advice or help would be much appreciated

How did you get on? Trade Qualified have closed their offices in the last fortnight and cut their telephone lines. Were you left high and dry too?
