that last one is same as the one i got £14.99 with 250 asstd. ferrules.I think it is an ultrasonic weld, I also think you only get industrial-scale tools to do that
For normal jobs with fine stranded wire it is ferrules and a crimp tool for most folk. I recently got one of the "self adjusting" sort and it is great, so much less trouble than playing guess-the-slot size on the traditional style. If you have a professional level budget then:
