Reset my thermostat today from my iphone. The link to the thermostat was fine. Then the bit where it tries to link to the heat link will not link to it. I have tried resetting the heat link and got the blue light. I have tried new batteries. I have tried bringing the thermostat within two meters of the the heat link. I have tried turning off the boiler and tried linking again all to no avail. Anyone know anything else I can try. It was working fine before I reset so I know it can work.

What was the reason for the initial reset, presumably there was an issue at that time to justify the reset even though you say it was working fine?

Hi @snowhead and @Loki @123 The router reset did not help. Using the nest app on my iphone is what I meant re resetting it from my iphone. Reason? Granddaughter loves to fiddle with the thermostat so I locked it. It was then removed from the nest app by my dear grand sons. So when I unlocked it and tried to lock it again it said I have to do that from the app, which had the equipment removed and so on. Anyway good news it is now all back in order. I had to do a reset on the heat link. Although the instructions were not clear that you need to hold until an orange light comes up, whereas the instructions wanted a blue light. So that was the glitch in it all. Thanks for your input however.
