Hi chaps,

Quick question what is the frequency of testing on a care home?

Residential accommodation? - max 5 years (GN3 table 3.2)

Everything but domestic (10years) and industrial (3 years) are 5 years max

Mind these are purely recommendations and it's down to the designer to assess the frequency.

Local licensing authority may have other requirements as well, so check with them.
