Discuss Case for long 600mm to 1000mm Drill Bits. in the Electrical Tools and Products area at ElectriciansForums.net
local carpet shop will give you the cardboard tube from a roll. it's about 4" diameter and free.
This is what I do, use each of the drill boxes to store the appropriately sized bits, then a piece of 50mm pipe with the screwed end pieces - you can usually get the pipe off site and the ends are pretty cheap from screwfix/toolstation
I tried the map/chart/art tube things and they fall apart very quickly.
I don't do much "work", so no van just a car so the same issue as you when I actually have to do something!

That’s a brilliant idea. I’ve ordered these:

Solvent Weld Waste Pipe 3m
This solvent-weld waste pipe channels water from your drainage system. It's suitable for carrying waste fluids too, and even industrial chemicals. The 3 m length gives you a good stretch of pipe that can be cut down easily. This piping is fitted by slotting over your existing pipe – the interior...www.toolstation.com
Use old bog rolls for general small drills?4” Cardboard Tubes.
Order pvc conduit or minitrunking from CEF and get it delivered to your house. It comes in 3m long cardboard tubes.

I have a 16mm and a 25mm one meter SDS bits on the van.I am looking to buy a case for storing my SDS Bits in . As currently I’m using my car for work and would like a way of transporting them whilst working on the job out of the engineers van.
I just threw the boxes and tubs in the air, and took the photo when they were in the correct formation.re: 1st.pic. where can i buy those anti-gravity drill bits?
