NICEIC Certification Scheme Certificate issued no inspection

Hi all. An electrician produced a certificate without doing an inspection am I able to report it to anyone and what action would be taken thanks

No I’m not the landlord I believe the cost was £140. Thanks

that's a reasonable cost if done properly.

some landlords however just want a satisfactory report as cheap as possible, without caring if it's been done properly

I thought so but he simply issued a certificate without entering the building. I see that as fraudulent. Does niceic have rules about this. Ta

No it was issued four weeks ago and I have been here since April. Ta

I doubt the niceic will be interested unless the person that paid for the report complains.....even then it would be a long shot, I’d say you should inform the landlord and take it from there

It’s 20/11/2019 if the inspection was done then there should be a new date five years from the inspection date I believe.
