I am just finnished a pir on an office block and had to leave a floor out as it was getting refurbished. I told the building mannager the electrical firm should give him an Electrical installation certificate or Minir works certificates for any circuits they have altered. The Next day he informed me that the electrical firm had said no certification requiered as no installation done only alteration.
Is it me but they talking rubbish. Reg Nos and Building reg quotes would be nice.

:D
