"The problem is that there are plenty of people out there willing to work for those rates..
The price of property has gone up but the rates have gone down..
I wonder if brexit will help this issue, if it is ever implemented..
I think the cheap labour influx was one of the main (incentives) the out voters"

=End quote

Early on when you made the above statement you used the word "invented by" instead of "Incentives".

Which I rightly replied "Dumb" too.

Can you please refrain from following me around the forum and using "Dumb" you have done it twice today in response it's very childish.

I like how you changed "invented" to "incentives" had a little think about what you wrote did you and felt the need to edit.

Cheers

If each of you wishes to keep dumbing each other that is fine but the battle to keep doing it will wear thin, easiest option draw a line and stop doing it.

I remember when I received my first 'dumb' I was frankly devastated to the extent that I had to cancel all work for around a month afterwards. My GP sent me for counselling and after about 10 sessions the counsellor concluded that I had taken the 'dumb' feedback too personally.

I seem to remember Tes369 chucking a few dumbs around a while ago on other people's posts.
