Cheap PI insurance

Hi chaps,

I'm looking for a cheap PI insurance so that I can do PIRs. All the quotes (for 2m cover)
I get are about £400 a year
The quotes for liability insurance (2m) range from £60.- to £100.-
Sometimes even with the same company. All the details are the same, why is there so much difference?

Who are you insured with and how much are you paying?

Insurance came up a while ago given Dan/Dave a PM Im pretty sure that we have forum sponsors that provide a discounted insurance policy for us

Just been through this today. Cheapest I could find was pi-sure.co.uk. £250k PI and £2m PL = £220.

niceic insurance used to do it for £87 a year £2m P.I.for first years

for some reason they quoted me £300 in the 2nd year so i went with NAPIT.

I got my PI and PL insurance through Simply Business, they insured me with Glemham, I think for both PI and PL combined cost just over £200 for the year.

They did say that we were heavily discounted because we'd been trading since 1989 and never had a claim.

The best I found was Professional Indemnity Insurance Quote, Professional Insurance, Indemnity cover, Quotes (JHIB.co.uk) - got back to me within 10 mins and did PI and PL for less than £200.

I've got my PI insurance from Constructaquote.com. They offer quotes from all the big names so they are always competitive.
