I use the cavity master one haven't had any problems thus far , when I bought it came with a starrett hole saw they may have changed this now.
 
yip ive got the

never had a problem and yes it is a bit expensive for the plugs but it give a pro finish

If your using a holesaw two stips os of 2x1 scewed to the under side of floor to support cut out or if your using the purpose made jobbies they form a lip as you cut it out and when your finished just pop it back
